Each player is visible, regardless of their technical and physical prowess.

Each player is equal, in the sense that the system treats each player equally, neutrally, based on each players ability to perform.

Sport should be fun, inclusive, rewarding and building a foundation for the strives in adult life.

As such, individual performance is as important as baseline performance

Each player is rewarded according to him or hers own ability.
